LUX-TSI Ltd have been tenants at Sony UK technology building since november 2010. During that time we have received excellent support from the services available to us as tenants. We would specifically like to highlight the services of:

The front of house, reception team Kelly, Sue and the support from Adecco, who are always welcoming and helpful with any of our queries.

The facilities support from Jon Jones, Kathy McCrudden and team with continued help with office furnishing, electrical, air conditioning support and office cleaning.

The point G team who assist with our variety of packages. it is very helpful to receive an e-mail notification when items are received.
During 2011 tenant meetings occurred which was a great opportunity to meet the various tenants, have an overview of their businesses and exchange ideas.

I have been very happy with the relationship our company has developed not only with Sony personnel and facility services but overall within the tenant community. This has helped us secure some additional business which we hope will help in our planned growth, despite the somewhat gloomy times we are all currently experiencing.
The facilities here at the Technology park are ideal. the reception area and staff are first class and greatly help with first impressions on visitors, which are so important. The office accommodation fully meets our requirements and we have received excellent support from your facilities team in setting up the branch office - Trans Global's 11th within the UK and Ireland - and its first venture into Wales! Whilst we do not use the canteen and sport club facilities that are on offer, I know from some infrequent visits that they are well used and appreciated by one and all on site.
The office here is now well established within the trans Global world wide netwrok, and we are expecting to continue our development, with the continued help and support from Sony UKTEC.

The Active Young People Department manages the sports development programme for Bridgend County Borough Council and works in partnership with 48 primary schools, 9 secondary schools and 2 special schools. It also works with over 220 community sports club and associations supporting the development of sport in the community. our department have been in residence at Sony UK offices for the past 2 and half years. We are situated on the M4 corridor ensuring easy and swift access to all of our schools and community clubs. the premises are professional, businesslike and are of the highest quality which ensures that our partners are always comfortable and impressed. Safety and security are paramount here which more than meets our requirements and there are excellent kitchen and canteen facilities. In addition this unique office space is surrounded by lakes, trees and natural habitat which serves as a positive boost every day.
