Sony UK TEC’s fast-track programme supports graduates in developing a strong skill- set to drive success in the workplace. Graduates are given the opportunity to take full responsibility in their role and use this experience to further progress within the company.

“This feedback will help our graduates learn about themselves – how they like to work, their leadership & learning styles, how to develop as individuals or teams, and more. We focus a lot on understanding emotional intelligence and how to build a professional brand.
“The 18-month programme also provides graduates with the opportunity to participate in Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) courses where they will gain qualifications and competencies that will mould them into an effective leader or manager, with the opportunity to undertake role-specific qualifications. We’re interested in how people apply their learning and what we can do to assist.
