At UK TEC, we understand that there should be no compromise when it comes to high-quality audio, whatever the scenario, and therefore, we are committed to being there for you should you experience any problems with your product.

Direct from our Pencoed offices, our established service team have been on-site for over 45 years and have built a reputation for delivering fantastic results. We support the full range of Sony audio products, including headphones, MP3 players, Blu-ray players, car audio, and much more!

Step 1

Get in touch with our team by emailing scs@sony.com and tell us what the problem is. Our expert team will aim to respond within 48hrs and will talk you through every step of the process. We may have more follow up questions which will help us evaluate the situation better.

Step 2

If we’re able to help, we’ll request that you send your product to us so that we can run full diagnostics and determine the root cause of the problem. There are a few options available, and our customer service team will help you choose the best one for you!

Step 3

Following a thorough assessment of the product, a quotation will be sent to you with an explanation outlining the full extent of the repair need.

Step 4

At this point, you are welcome to decline, and we will return the product to you in its current condition. Should you choose to decline our offer, we will charge you a standard fee for the diagnostics. If you decide to proceed, we will repair your product as quickly as possible, and we’ll cover the cost of the initial assessment. We’ll also keep you updated along the way, with the aim to get your product back to you within 7 working days (Ts&Cs apply).
