Our award winning Customer Service & Repairs Centre prides itself on being Customer Focused, Quality Driven and Cost Competitive. The Sony Customer Service Centre provides a total life cycle solution for Sony and our third party customers.



The Repair Centre possesses the Technical Knowledge and Capability to not only service the products of individual customers, but also high volume returns as part of the Reverse Supply Chain Management. We work with a number of dealers and on-sellers to provide support to our customers regardless of where they purchased their Sony product.

Thanks to the scale of our supply chain we can guarantee low costs and fast turnaround time, whether your product is still within its warranty period or not.

Technical Information Centre

Our highly trained customer liaison agents can guide customers through a comprehensive range of issues covering product installation to user operation.  Our team provides technical assistance to help diagnose and solve problems over the telephone.

Technical Information Centre

When a fault is recognised that cannot be dealt with over the phone, our agents will make arrangements to have the product repaired or exchanged with the least amount of inconvenience to the customer. Engineers are on hand to provide additional customer support and to develop the call agent’s knowledge of the latest technology.  KPI’s are closely managed and high results achieved with 80% of calls answered within 20 seconds and with an abandonment rate as low as 2%.


Customer Reception 

A dedicated team of skilled engineers is available to service and repair the customer’s product. Reception Area | Sony UK TECA coffee shop reception and waiting area is available for customers who wish to bring their product to the Sony Customer Service Centre for a 'While you Wait' repair service.  An onsite service to visit customers with large and heavy products is also available, which include repair in the home or on the premises.
